Welcome! I am grateful you have visited my website and are seeking wellness for yourself or someone you know. Sometimes reaching out to a therapist can be the first step on a new path. Well With Art PLLC, is a private art therapy and psychotherapy practice located in West Seattle. I work with teens and adults, individually and in groups. I believe that art and the creative process can be a form of healing and a way of sustaining one's well-being. A well is a place which one can draw from when thirsty or in need of replenishment. I believe that art making serves a similar purpose in providing essential growth and sustainability through a tangible activity. Art has always been a part of my life, professionally and personally, as I have used it as a means of expression, and as a method to cope with change, stress and transition. My focus is helping people achieve mental health, clarity and well-being, by using creative methods combined with psychotherapy techniques. Your questions about art therapy and therapy in general are welcome. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we are a good fit. Please contact me today!
